First and foremost I wanted to start out by saying that I feel extremely privileged to be able to provide this letter of recommendation on C&H Industrial Services behalf. To put it simply, C&H Industrial Services is one of the finest, hardest working, most dependable and reliable companies that I know. I know that very often people will use terms like “finest, dependable, reliable….” very loosely in an attempt to put forth a company’s “best foot”. Let me assure you that I am not using these terms loosely. C&H Industrial Services is truly a company that exemplifies reliability, determination, skilled craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail.
Before I go any further, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and provide some background; I am Michael Maloney, Assistant Vice President of Alion Science and Technology, Inc., one of the largest Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture firms in the world. One of my current responsibilities involves the design and construction of US Navy Mission System Test Sites for new and critical US Navy Ship Construction efforts. Along with C&H Industrial Services, we have been working at the Naval Air Command Engineering Station in Lakehurst, New Jersey since 2008, building and maintaining US Navy Test Sites. Our efforts at these sites have been proceeding very smoothly and successfully to date. This is due in large part to the fact that C&H Industrial Services has provided a team of upstanding, high character, dedicated, and skilled craftsmen who have been on the job since its inception in 2008. Over the past 5 years C&H Industrial Services have gone above and beyond the call of duty to serve its customers with top quality products and support. The C&H Team has worked tirelessly to develop a core staff that has worked together as a team and as a family to meet the very challenging requirements of the project. C&H has repeatedly and seamlessly responded to continuous challenges throughout the project with a positive and dedicated attitude.
C&H’s highly skilled work force has been a major contributor to the success various US Navy projects, and has been recognized by the highest levels of the Naval Air Command management for their superior and outstanding efforts. For C&H Industrial Services the projects we have worked together on have been more than just a job; C&H has truly dedicated themselves to the success of the projects and the people they work with and for. I have come in contact with a wide variety of companies over the past 25 years of my professional career. Some companies that I have worked with simply want to be employed, while others want to do passable job, while others want to be major contributors to the success of individual projects or tasks. C&H is far beyond any of these examples; they are a company that works tirelessly in an attempt to help a project and the people involved with that project achieve the highest levels of success, but not for accolades or self-satisfaction, but instead because C&H is of high character and skill – and because it is the right thing to do. Every day the entire C&H staff demonstrates the highest levels of skill in all areas of its operation, along with the concepts of teamwork and dedication to get the most out of their resources and to “get the job done”. In short C&H Industrial Services is a company that totally invests itself in any and all projects.
